Role overview:

• Assume leadership of the entire crew
• Ensure effective communication and safety protocols onboard
• Oversee administrative duties onboard
• Navigate the complexities of technical operations, providing guidance and making informed decisions
• Maintain operational efficiency across all aspects of onboard activities

Qualifications:

• Hold all STCW ’10 (Manila Amendment) certifications
• Possess foundational knowledge of engine room
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Exhibit technical proficiency
• Display flexibility and initiative
• Preferably possess familiarity with survey operations
  (or demonstrate eagerness to acquire such knowledge)
• Several years of experience as a Master preferred

Our fleet has excellent facilities for the crew. The cabins are spacious with comfortable berths, so you can start your next
working day equipped. We work in a fixed rotation of 4-6 weeks, in a schedule of 50-50.
