The Guardian was employed at Le Verdon-sur-mer, the access channel to Bordeaux in France for Jan de Nul from 2013 to 2014. The vessel performed 30 miles from the coast survey activities and crew changes between trailing suction hopper dredger ‘Bartholomeus Dias’ and the mainland. During this project no problems arose, because the Guardian is specially designed for these type of projects.
